Royal London Yacht Club - Younger Members

Sailing is in area in which Manyatta is slowly gaining popularity and the latest addition is the prestigious Royal London Yacht Club. Initially this belt is, as you can see from the title, for the younger members only.

It was commissioned by a member and, to be honest, took quite a while to get right, under the patient and incredibly helpful eye of the commissioner!

Our first yachting belt was the Royal Yacht Squadron (not a bad place to start!) and this proved highly popular with members. The beaders did a wonderful job of creating the burgee (flag) shape which is not as easy as it looks!

The Royal London Yacht Club belt has a similar shape and contains also the crown and shield of their logo.

Our grateful thanks go to Gordon and I hope those who have received their belts will show them off this weekend at their big event!
