Royal Dragoon Guards

£85

Created for the Royal Dragoon Guards, a distinguished cavalry regiment of the British Army.

It was formed in 1992 by the amalgamation of two regiments - the 4th/7th Royal Dragoon Guards and the 5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards.

Today the Royal Dragoon Guards is an operationally experienced regiment, having recently served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The regiment has also seen service in Northern Ireland and Bosnia.

The Colonel-in-Chief is HRH The Prince of Wales.

The belt is in a horizontal design of dark red, cavalry old gold/primrose and dark green.

All of our Royal Dragoon Guards belts are hand beaded in Kenya by the Maasai, using an average of 6000 beads.

We use the highest quality leather to ensure our belts are extremely long lasting and durable.

This belt is 1.5 inches wide.

The old Royal Dragoon Guards tie is not a tie at all. It’s a Manyatta belt.

DELIVERY:

We believe in being totally honest with our customers. Like a bespoke suit or pair of shoes, outstanding craftsmanship takes time. When the order is placed, the mamas in Kenya start beading your belt, utilising their cultural and ancestral skills. Once this is complete, the belt is sent to us in the UK. For this reason, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Trust us - it is utterly worth the wait!
