Theo Shepherd-Smith, Director

Theo was educated at Stowe School and then went on to the Royal Agricultural University to study Rural Land Management. 

Theo joined Manyatta in January 2019 following a spontaneous phone call with Stuart about the varying clubs and associations he was a part of or had contacts within and by July 2019, Theo was readily developing the public engagement  side of the business as well as various new product lines.  As a result of this, Theo was invited to become a shareholder and is now a Director of the business. 

Theo focuses on the financial side of Manyatta, design finalisation, amendments and procurement as well as liaising with other organisations and courier's to get the belts from Kenya to the UK. Alongside this, Theo is responsible for recruitment of talented individuals to manage key areas of the business. 

In his spare time, Theo enjoys all attributes of rural life, particularly the various country sports associated with it. Clay Pigeon Shooting & Fishing being his main passions - Outside of Manyatta of course!
